I bought this shampoo brush to exfoliate my scalp and remove impurities. I have Buriatic Dermatitis and although I am 20 years old it is very difficult for me to remove all the debris. This shampoo brush does its job very well and with minimal effort. I find it very stable in my hands, not too big and not too small. I'm a bit small but I found the shape of the brush to be comfortable for my small (almost) hands, but the rubber/silicone bristles cover a lot of surface area. I have long hair and I work in a back and forth circular motion, some of my hair was messy but NOT monstrous so I couldn't quickly detangle it with some conditioner. The bristles are slippery when used with shampoo and conditioner, but catch easily when used with just water. Overall I give it 5 stars because it is designed to massage and cleanse the scalp, which is exactly what it does. It was wrapped in plastic and looked brand new.
