Not inclined to fault products for the price. I assume that the buyer knows what he or she is spending on products and that it is their prerogative. Let me just say that I've loved Frye products since I first heard about their boots a few decades ago when I was in college. Frye is known for quality for a reason - the design, finish and leather are first class. And this wallet lives up to the Frye quality: beautiful leather, well designed, durable. declared price. I got it for free from Revain's Vine in exchange for writing a review. And the rating is that this is a very good wallet, as you would expect from Fry. But I've found Frye boots in shoe stores for less than the retail price of this wallet, and I don't find this wallet sophisticated enough to pull the trigger by buying it for over $140. I think the key thing for me is the little plastic window in the inside ID pocket - if it was anything other than cheap plastic I'd be more concerned with this wallet. Also the complete absence of plastic and an additional leather divider would be better than such a cheap window in such an expensive wallet. However, this is my frugal approach to exiting wallets. In terms of what you expect when buying Frye leather, this is a great wallet.
