Im not particularly happy, but basically everything is fine.

It is able to print "hieroglyphs" once every day from Word or Excel, but it may print the exact same document again soon afterward without any problems.
I am going to presume that the drivers and/or the firmware are in their raw state.
Let's keep our fingers crossed that this problem can be resolved.
