I like that it is easy to navigate through, as well as how customizable you can make your system for different companies or departments within an organization! The fact they have customer service readily available 24/7 makes me feel more comfortable using this software compared with other systems out there. There are not many cons about origin one but i wish we could use their app outside of our office hours which would be helpful when employees need access during off work times. We utilize this program at my job to screen applicants for future interviews. I like that it's easy to create and share customized job descriptions for multiple positions, along with tracking them all at once. The reporting is pretty basic, but it gets the job done without any major issues. Overall, we've been happy with how well this has helped us streamline our hiring process. We've also been able to keep track of previous employees who have left our organization without having to constantly sift through email inboxes or other records.
