Broken after one day

My daughter was so excited when she received them as we had trouble clasping her earrings after her ears were recently pierced. It is beautiful but after only a few hours of wearing the stud on one of the earrings broke rendering them unusable. I was very sad and disappointed as we spent so little on them only to wear them once.
