The power supply came with a broken cable.
The power supply came with a broken cable. I have to hold the power cord at the right angle to make contact. LED strips are paper thin. At the end of the strip, two wires simply cool down. What is that? Is this a security issue? My first thought was to lick it off like a 9 volt battery but then my wife told me it was a bad idea so I didn't. We do not recommend licking cables or ordering this product.
