9/13/18 - Update - It has become increasingly difficult to move the metal parts of the charger that holds the batteries. As if they needed lubrication. The battery compartment on the right was significantly harder to move than on the left. A week ago the lower part of the right side finally broke off. I contacted the company to inquire about a new charger. Response was prompt and my new charger will arrive tomorrow. A few months ago I also had an issue with one of Eastshine's battery packs that was no longer accepted or charged (it was relatively new) and the company sent out a replacement very quickly. I couldn't be happier with the company's response. I hope I have better luck with the mechanics of the second charger as I really enjoy using it. Externally, no, I think Revain could have made it a little more intuitive on how to contact a company to inquire about a product warranty. looks like I'll have to do a lot of digging on the Revain website to find out. I have 2 Eastshine 18650 batteries and I use this charger for them. I use high capacity headlamp batteries and have probably charged the batteries 35-45 times. It charges significantly faster than the charger that came with the headlamp. It also charges rechargeable AA and AAA batteries, but I prefer slow charging with the Duracell charger I bought from Sam's Club. The Eastshine charger charges AA and AAA batteries so fast I have to wonder if it's good for them. I don't know, maybe it's just me. In addition, it charges from 0.5 amps or 1 amp; I use the 0.5 amp setting (it charges fairly quickly and there's really no need to use the 1 amp setting unless you're really stranded). Everything Eastshine has is of good quality and I will definitely buy from them again.
