Luckily, original 1 ounce hand sanitizer bottles fit in holders; If it weren't for them I could easily pour the sanitizer into one of the 1 ounce bottles provided. The closures of the supplied bottles are screwed on, unscrewed and opened. I gifted a few holders to my mom and put a few on my most-used nursing bag (cleanliness is an absolute must for straws). The most useful place for the holder is on my overalls. The remaining 3 holders landed on different overalls, long and short. Having sanitizer with you while walking the dog or working outside was a real godsend. And it was nice not having to worry about the bottle falling out of my bag while walking. The keychain found a job and a home as a zipper on one of my favorite backpacks.
