I really like that it lets you send out messages to multiple people at once! It's very customizable as well since there is an option for anyone who uses your service (not just employees) so they can receive rewards too if their profile matches what YOU want them eligible in!! Sometimes when creating my list of names & emails gets confusing but overall not much has gone wrong with this product thus far haha - easy-to use customer support team available 24/7 which helps immensely whenever something goes awry :) love being able to track all our progress throughout each month towards reaching goals.
