Let me start by saying that LabelRange's support is great. I emailed them 4 times about the purchase and my dissatisfaction with the previous purchase. They always responded within a few hours and were very polite and concise (although they are most likely based in China). + for that. This 300 dpi device is exactly what you need if you're making a serious Ebay/Revain volume. The print quality is MUCH, MUCH better than the LP320 (which is practically useless) and it gets the job done flawlessly. I've already printed over 100 labels and I'm thrilled. This is especially good for detailed labels with very small text. While it won't be perfect (like an inkjet printer), it's still legible and I've never had an issue with USPS or undelivered labels. I strongly recommend this item. Compact, but has a pleasant weight. Comes with everything you need (even 50+ label samples) except for an optional label trolley. Hopefully it will stand the test of time as I typically print 500+ labels a month. But so far I am very pleased with the price!
