Updated Review: My order only contained 2 items but after contacting the seller a replacement was shipped promptly and arrived lightning fast. The seller responded quickly and didn't hesitate to fix the problem, which wasn't a mistake on his part, but something that happened at Revain's warehouse. Haven't really used the product yet to know how well it works but the fact that the seller fixed the problem so quickly I would buy from them again. If all else fails and the product doesn't work for me, I can always return it for a full refund. I doubt this will happen because they look solid and are very easy to install. I have ordered similar items and the quality of this product looks just as good. I look forward to using them in my quest to organize my home. 1st review: What?! The envelope was not damaged at all, but inside the envelope the package was open and there were only 2 pieces instead of 5?
