This case is a little chunky but is a case and wallet in one. If you only had one thin bag you would have 2 things to carry. It's durable, beautiful and very comfortable. It has a zippered money pocket, a clear pocket for your ID and MULTIPLE slots for credit or business cards. That's the best part. I really like being able to put money or something in the zippered area because I know it won't fall out. And I have more than enough credit card slots. The phone is placed in its own case with a powerful magnet held in the wallet case. So you can take your phone out of your wallet and put it on the magnetic mount in your car or just keep it if you don't need the whole wallet. Really handy. So I think it's very useful, beautiful and practical. I recommend this case. They also sell the same design for the Note 8 my mom bought and she loves hers too.
