Great Communication Channel with Recruiting Expert
The ability to have great communication between myself an my recruiter! It is hard for me sometimes because I'm in Florida but it's not that bad as long we talk every week or two during our different working hours (I am usually online at night). You can't expect everything from this platform only if you work there will be more interaction so just keep up your expectations when talking about opportunities through their website/platforms like these!! A very good tool especially now since COVID-19 pandemic happened which made us all stay home together doing nothing productive other than watching movies.
Pros
- Great customer service
- Honesty with feedback given by candidates after interviews.
- Ability To view current openings directly within candidate dashboard without having access into career page first
- Fast response time even though they are located overseas(Tokyo, Japan)It takes them 2 business days max before responding back via email once received notification regarding applications submitted / interview scheduling etc
