I received this and it hurt a lot to put it on. The clasp that allows you to adjust the strap is completely removed. It's not even a part of the watch, it's like a separate part and you can't put the watch on yourself. Also, you have to use the little screw they give you to undo the clasp to move the strap up or down for an adjustment. The problem is that you can adjust it to fit your wrist, but you can't take it off. You'll have to undo the clasp again with the screwdriver that came with it, then try to hold it together so the tiny piece doesn't tend to slip off once the clasp is opened. I have never seen such a complex watch. i give it back
