This little set of neck fans worked great and the battery lasted much longer than I expected. I'm surprised at how quickly it recharged after being completely dead on arrival. It's quiet, lets in more than enough air to cool someone off, and was a delight to look at in the dark with lights on the blades. Just be realistic in your expectations when buying these things. When the day is hot and muggy, it will be hot outside even with this fan. BUT the fan will keep you a little cool and provide SOME comfort while you charge it. It probably won't change your life, but it will make a grumpy family member struggling in the heat a little easier. It definitely makes work easier as less sweat runs down your face and into your eyes.
