Love it so much I bought 12 pack (4-3 packs). The motion sensor works great and provides enough light under cabinets to illuminate countertops or in base cabinets and small closets. It can be attached with mounting screws (not suitable for my application) or with a magnet taped to the surface and then the fixture appears to be attached with a magnet. I cleaned the surfaces before applying the tapes and they stick very well, however the magnet doesn't stick well to the tape (the magnet sticks to the light very well - the magnetic attachment feature is important for being able to pull out the light and for charging plug into an outlet). Unfortunately, since the magnet does not stick to the tape well, the light may fall off when the magnet is attached to the light and the tape is attached to the wall/cabinet. I bought other similar LED lamps, fixed in a similar way - tape - magnet - light, and I did not encounter this problem even in humid and vibrating places (for example, in a cabinet for a washing machine). This light is brighter than similar sized lights (but make sure each light you feel is suitable for the intended application, especially the depth as this light is deeper than many other lights of similar length depth allows you to to use more leds and therefore more light but in some places that depth doesn't allow for placement unfortunately the benefits of this light become moot if it is not left installed I like the light so much I am trying to figure out how to use the magnet medium (resin?) but I have to be careful that the body of the flashlight still touches the magnet, or use another medium (velcro, alternative tape) Size, compared to others I've tried , so I'm willing to look into alternative fasteners, but I'm disappointed that a product that works well isn't usually found in place and Ste ll stays. I have to say that the places I put these lights are dry and vibration free, so this is really a malfunction of the magnet that is attached to the tape.
