They appear to be well made and come with extra spikes but I think the rear strap is the wrong size or something! The first time I used them on the ice they fell off 5 times and I fell once. Thinking it might be because the shoes they were wearing weren't good for them, I tried tennis shoes with the same result! I run three miles and it wasn't fun at all to sit on the ice and put them back on. Upon reviewing my previous shoes, I noticed that both had a much wider and stronger rear strap. Brought her back before I broke a bone!
