Voyager is very user friendly. I like the fact that it is so easy to customize and is so easy to use. It is very customizable and has a lot of bells and whistles that allow you to get the most out of it. The best part about Voyager is that it is very easy to use. It is very simple to learn and the training is very helpful. I am able to use Voyager for all of my recruitment needs. I love that I can use Voyager to do background checks, conduct interviews, and post jobs and then I can use Voyager to make sure that I am sending all of my candidates the best information. The customer support team are always very helpful when you have any questions or concerns about your account/s! I cannot think off anything at this time which could be improved upon but there isn't much to dislike either; however if we do find something it will definitely get fixed quickly!! We use VINCI (Voyager's sister brand) in our office so all communication has been seamless between both companies since day 1 - they even got us some free training vouchers too :).
