One of my best post workout purchases!

Probably the best thing I've bought this year for a personal massage and after a workout! Sometimes when I miss a workout or tense my shoulder due to office (computer) work, I get severe cramps at the top of my shoulders. I spent a lot of money on massages and/or gave up my cousin's fancy massage chair to get rid of my upper back curvature. I searched for home remedies and online tutorials suggest GOLF OR TENNIS BALLS. The problem is that most of the material on these balls is not smooth enough. Either way, these yoga massage balls are smooth, soft, but definitely firm. I searched YouTube for a few tutorials on how to self-massage a yoga ball with a yoga mat. I do these stretches and movements almost every day or two, it really helps. They come in a pouch so you can leave them in for neck brace. Amazingly, they come in pairs to help with blood flow on both the left and right sides. Very unexpectedly great, I'm a fan and very happy with this purchase!
