My Invisalign had sharp edges that cut my tongue when I spoke. At first I tried filing the edges a bit but it never helped. I use this wax to fill the gap between the Invisalign edges and my teeth. Now my tongue glides over the smooth surface of the wax instead of the edges of the mouthguard. Now I can speak again, much to my wife's annoyance. Wax is very easy to work with. I make sure my hands are washed and completely dry. Then I either rub my hands or blow dry them for 20 seconds. Then I take the wax, rub and shape them with my fingers. The extra heat will go a long way in shaping the wax. Then I just press it onto Invisalign and that's it.
