Handkerchiefs are pretty rare these days. Sure, the 21-inch square bandana is utilitarian, but far from formal. These pocket squares are just the thing for a dressier look. All cotton fabric is a little thinner than a regular bandana, but it's perfectly possible to slip into a pocket or fold and iron for the breast pocket of a sports jacket.
