Good strong ankle protection and no toe protection. I recommend more.
When they break, they're the best and most comfortable. Now their comfort has a downside, they suck if you drop your bike. The knuckles are great and can take a beating, but the fingers aren't protected. The knuckle guard saved my hand but parts of my fingers just broke when touched so lost nails and a broken finger but that's cool. I also liked the gloves.
