I love this bed it's not too soft or too hard just perfect. It fits perfectly in the frame of his cot. My son hated sleeping on his old mattress which kept wrinkling with his every move causing him to wake up and cry. This bed makes no noise when he tries to get comfortable and keeps him relaxed. Also for parents with kids who ask you to sleep with them until they fall asleep I even find it comfortable and like I said before she doesn't make any loud noises so it's much easier to get up from her after they fall asleep with that bed lol. . There was no bad smell, it took a while to fully inflate as it came in a compressed package. So just take your time, I love it and recommend it.
