Installed on my 2009 Street Glide. My problem was that I was thinking too much about the installation. (no instructions) Mine didn't need the extra electrical pigtails that came with the light. All you need is a #2 Phillips screwdriver. I covered the front fender with an old towel to protect it, removed the trim ring (one screw below), removed the entire headlight assembly (5 screws), unplugged the three pin connector on the back of the old lamp and plug in the new headlight, turn on the ignition and check the low and high beam of the new headlight. If everything works properly, replace the bucket screws, trim ring, and trim ring screw.
