I like that it's easy to set up templates in advance so we're not constantly typing out new documents! It saves time overall because you don't have to fill things out by hand each month or week -- this makes our life easier as managers. The calendar/agenda view could use some improvement (it would help if there were more options). Also, sometimes when creating an agenda item with multiple attendees, they end up being placed next to one another instead of spread apart depending upon who else has been added. Overall though, its very helpful since everything gets put into it ahead of time which cuts back drastically on filling them all out ourselves later.
