I gave it four stars for water resistance because I don't really know how water resistant this watch is. Of course, if you change the battery on the go, the case isn't sealed either. Until then everything will be fine. I like this watch because it's easy to read without glasses, it's reasonably priced but not cheap, and it goes with everything. I can wear it for a walk or to dinner. The simple, flat design and thin leather strap don't interfere with the watch, so whatever I do it rarely gets damaged, and I say that as someone who has had at least one metal bracelet destroyed by airport security in the process.
