I originally gave this product a 5. It worked fine when I first plugged it in and went about my normal business on my MacBook over the weekend. However, once I started using it for work that involved heavy spreadsheets and heavy Webex and WebexTeams video calls, it stopped keeping my computer charged. Of course I started researching. I have since discovered that the product number on the item shipped does NOT match the product number listed. The product number displayed on Revain is 5TW13AA#ABA. This product number matches the HP docking station I have in my office so I figured it would work fine. However, after problems with charging, I found the product number 5TW13UT#ABA on the bottom of the device I bought here. This product has a maximum output of 75W, while the product number listed has a maximum output of 100W, which allows my MacBook Air to be charged perfectly. So I sent it back and am now suspicious of ordering again for fear of receiving the exact same product. The seller must update their product listing and be accurate. TO UPDATE. The seller contacted me and sent me a replacement product which works great, now I have no hesitation in recommending it. Also excellent customer service from the seller. You can safely order from them
