Love all sizes of this set. There are so many areas of the face that need small heads as well as large areas that need big heads. However, this product serves its purpose perfectly. I really like the bath with sanitizer so I can wash my hair before and after using it. I also really like the silicone exfoliating head, which thoroughly cleanses the skin before skin treatments and then applies serums and moisturizers. After using the needle derma system, I dislike using my fingers or other potentially contaminated surfaces that could bring debris or bacteria to my newly pierced surface. That's the main reason I really like that extra head. I can feel comfortable following a bacteria and germ free treatment throughout my home use. I love how my skin glows afterwards! Definitely a good buy for skin improvement!
