I ended up buying two of these for panniers on my E-MTB bike and they are excellent quality. I don't mind paying good money for quality but this was a steal for the price. For the price I expected pretty good. What I received was of the same quality as other "much more expensive" gear I have purchased. I have Pollard, Briggs and Reilly bags and Pelican hard cases for luggage. Should summarize for those who doubt. I have not bought anything else from this seller, so I can only recommend the product I ordered. When you travel, this is a great laptop and device carrier.
