In principle quite good for such a price.

I'm surprised they're only listed for $23/24. they are pretty decent. I haven't really tried the noise-cancellation if it's a different "mode" but I found the sound quality to be more than acceptable and even better than some of the more expensive headphones I've had, that's for sure. I definitely recommend for the value
