When I went into my third pregnancy and attempted my second VBAC (vaginal delivery after cesarean), I knew I didn't want to burst into tears like I did my first VBAC. I previously bought the oil for my second pregnancy but forgot to use it! It ripped just a little and was sewn up with 2 stitches. Used this oil every day from 34 weeks until delivery; 12 days expired! Did it help? YUP! I almost didn't tear and the doctor said she would just do a quick stitch just gm for extra security she said. Lol so I suggest buying that oil or something and doing those damn perineal massages!
