The fabric will shrink after the first wash and will shrink after a few washes.
At first I was happy with the skirt. However, after the first wash the skirt had a lot of pilling (little balls of thread all over it) on the bottom which wasn't very good but was negligible as it wasn't visible. But then after a few more washes it shrunk a size and no longer sits comfortably at the waist, although I ordered a size up to be longer, more of a medium size than my usual small size.
- Very soft cotton, very flexible, hugs the knees modestly. My girls love them
- A skirt may not suit certain body types, as an A-line can accentuate wider hips, and a skater style can make it look shorter than it really is.
