Super easy and beautiful!
I will not lie. I opened the box and didn't see the instructions and was immediately surprised, but after a few quick searches on YouTube I realized the instructions weren't really necessary! We inflated all the balloons (none popped) and then simply alternated the purple and teal balloons on the strip provided, filled them with white and silver balloons using the glue dots provided and voila! Took 45 minutes. But I say the clutch air pump!
