I bought this to put my two GoPros side by side. Here is my Hero9 Black and Hero9. If you want this to be used with two GoPros, HOWEVER, this is your mount. If you're trying to use two GoPros in media mods (Hero 8 and Hero 9), this isn't your mount. Two GoPro Media Mods will NOT fit side by side, they are too wide. You will be able to get the Hero 9 in its media mod alongside the Hero8 in the original case. Any other configuration related to a GoPro in some kind of housing is unknown to me as I only have media mods for my GoPros and an Ulanzi housing for my Hero 7 which is basically the same size as the media mod. ADVANTAGES: - Aluminum construction. is good. It's heavier than any plastic counterpart, but still lightweight. Cons: - I couldn't find any major cons. They tell you how long it is and that it's made of the aluminum it's made of. No, you can't put Hero8 and Hero9 in their media mods and put them side by side on this rig, but it can be used for many different devices.
