What am I really using them for?
I keep them in a drawer next to my kitchen scale. It's much easier to place food/meat/vegetables etc on these small wax paper squares. When I'm done I just throw it away. This minimized the pre AND post cleaning of my scale! I used to cut sheets of wax paper, a tedious job. Thats much better!
