I hate buying belts because I don't know if I need this size or that. What does 46 inches mean? is it the middle Minimum? Maximum? The only way to tell is to try it on by removing your current belt from the loops and inserting a new one. All I can do is see the size on the tag and buy them, not to mention most stores don't even have my size. the metal insert in the hole, not too loose, requires very strong stretching and bending of the skin, with this harness i don't have to, i can pull the strap to my tension level without bending it. Plus, they list the sizes it fits in, no guesswork for you. Yeah, I can't put another hole in my belt if you pick it up. made it myself or great if I take it somewhere they can do it. Not really a reason to continue using the old belt style. I will never use these holes again. Ratchet T straps are better.
