There isn't enough space for the ashes, and it's too difficult to close it when the ashes are already inside.
I don't like charm, but I don't hate it either. What annoyed me was that only a tiny bit of ash fit into the necklace, and even that was too heavy to insert. I didn't care about the length or style of the chain that came. c, so I bought a longer silver chain separately. I wear a necklace and pendant almost every day, but sometimes I wish there was a little more of it. I know it sounds a little painful, but I mean we're buying an urn necklace here lol.
