2 reasons for four stars: 1. The packaging of the product was completely crushed and damaged when we received it, luckily the tamper evident seal was still intact.2. The detergent is very drying; my skin tends to be oily. After applying the toner, I apply a moisturizer as soon as possible. It also doesn't clean incredibly. I have to scrub my nose, chin and eyes, sometimes I do it a second time to completely remove makeup. It's perfect for sensitive skin, the application is so gentle, almost odorless, and I've noticed a brighter and more even complexion.
