May not fit into existing screw holes
In order for me to be able to mount the bushings, I had to drill the holes for the mounting screws to 7/32", a fairly large hole. After that, I did it to slide them through. Then install the screws from the "small" end, and the hard drive meets the "big" end. The good news is that they greatly reduce the noise of the hard drive.
