Soft but not suitable

Very soft and very cute, excellent material. My child's face was swollen from other sheets but not this one. However, I had a quality problem. It doesn't fit right. I either have a mini cheat sheet or something if it's very wide and barely long enough. I got in touch and they were initially very responsive. She wanted to send a new one, but it didn't happen. So I guess I'll have to look for another alternative. Read the same thing about buying a baby if someone else has fit issues. It's a shame because I like the material and the pattern.
