I'm an average height American and they didn't fit very well; rather child size. The top of the mount sits right on top of the tip of my nose (quite uncomfortable) and the bottom right under my lips, making it difficult to speak. Because they are so small, they open up the edges of my disposable blue masks, nullifying any protection the mask offers. It was just a bad buy that clearly didn't fit the target market. This might be a very good buy for a child to wear under a mask but not for an adult. Although the concept is good.
