The tool has been easy enough for me as an administrator with limited technical knowledge or experience but still being able manage all aspects from one screen without having multiple tabs open at once! I'm not sure if it's something that could be improved upon however there are some things about persistant products which i think can make them better such as more customization options regarding user roles etc - maybe they already have this though? We're using persistent primarily because we needed our own custom ERP solution so were unable get support services through any 3rd party vendors like SAP/Oracle who would normally provide these types fo tools out free / cheap anyway due their size compared us small businesses.
