Love it but it’s itchy

I’ve been wearing this bun for three days straight.I’m in love with everything about it except for the fact that it’s quite itchy.
I can’t do low buns with it because of how itchy it is.The volume on these hair pieces is so nice and giving them a nice brush makes them fuller. I haven’t experienced any tangles in the hair.I’m going to try to soak them in fabric softener to see if that will make it softer to touch
