The chair was easy to assemble. It took about 15 minutes and wasted my time. In general the chair is good. Lumbar support is excellent. The chair is solid and durable. The seat is hard and not very comfortable. It can become more comfortable with long-term use. I used it for about 45 days. Hard plastic armrests. I recently bought some armrest pads and they seem to add comfort to my arms/elbows.
