Let's get down to business. These sound great. The cable itself is an improvement over the KZ models of the past. The dynamic driver in this key competes with more expensive models. To be honest, my ear likes it better. Hiss is present in some tracks but not as severe as in other KZ IEM models. The balance between bass, mids, treble and performance is really good for this price range. Vocals are clean. The soundstage is decent. What does it matter if they sound good with music? Absolutely. These are musically very appealing IEM kits. Just like BL01 or BL03. They sound great with rock, metal, rap, EDM. You can even be a little versatile and add an audio book. The vocals are good enough for video playback. In short, it's great if you want to get into the world of IEM cheaply. To understand what even more expensive models are capable of. To be honest, if you really want noticeably better performance, you're going to have to step up to $50+. Think of the Tin Hifi models T3, T2 Plus, T4 series. Starfield Aria is a remarkable update. Although it's $80. This is a good place to start. Especially for work or education. I hope this helps explain their use. Enjoy.
