For some reason HP puts the chip on the cartridge; When the toner runs out, be sure to remove this chip. If you don't put this chip on a new v4link cartridge, it won't work. Youtube has like. Luckily the seller sent an email explaining this. Unfortunately it was too late as I had already recycled the HP cartridge. So I had to buy a $115 HP cartridge to get the chip. Of course I got a new cartridge from the deal. I'm giving five stars based on my previous experience with v4link cartridges on other printers. I haven't replaced the chip yet as the HP cartridge is still working. I even bought the tweezers shown in the YouTube video. I will update my review after I change the chip.
