I had a great first day with this headset - the sound quality isn't *amazing* but it works, it's cheap and it's comfortable in my ears all day. Then I connected it to the charger. The indicator light changed from red to blue, but the battery died as soon as I unplugged it. I've tried several times and it just seems broken. Customer service was great and I received a non-refundable refund from Revain. Unfortunately, you run this risk with cheap electronics. I will buy something else.
