This charger has a very nice feel, with high quality rubberized cables found on good laptop chargers rather than the cheap plastic cables you often get from Revain. Salesperson. I have a Dell XPS 13 model 9360 with a USB-C port that supports charging and I need a USB-C charger to travel with. This charger charges this model XPS 13 unlike some I've tried. I have two downsides with this charger. Firstly, when I use it with my phone (Huawei Honor 8), for some reason the cable needs to be inserted into the phone very well. Any slight interference with the cable and it will stop charging. This does not happen with other USB-C chargers on the same phone. The second problem, which is more serious, is that when my laptop needs to be charged a lot, the transformer block on this charger eventually gets hot and eventually stops charging. In this case, the indicator at the end of the cable will flash. The brick gets very hot - too hot to hold. The weird thing is that the brick doesn't seem to cool down when I unplug it from the laptop. I also need to separate the brick from the wall to get it back to normal. The build quality of this charger seems so good that it really pains me to say that I would have a hard time recommending it to someone with a full laptop like the XPS 13 due to an overheating issue.
