Did not arrive as shown in picture
. I read other reviews so I knew it must be a British parallel pipe thread and the washer is shown in the picture. The one I received was not fully threaded and no washer was included. So it didn't seal my engine block. (1966 MG) I machine from the side so I have the tools to continue the thread to the shoulder and I made my own washer. I got it working but due to the outrageous cost of this little item it had to work out of the box and include the washer shown. I didn't try to return or exchange it due to the shipping cost and I had no guarantee the replacement wouldn't be exactly the same.
