I paid too much
Pros: Print quality and speed are good. Automatic duplex printing is a good feature. Bad: Unable to connect to the wireless network. 1) The printer sees the router but cannot enter the password. The same password that seamlessly connects to your desktop, laptop, and iPad. The same wireless network my wife connects to with her devices. 2) Online support on this topic is useless. The video tells you what the manual tells you. None of them solve the problem of not being able to connect. 3) Phone support is only available during business hours when I am at work and not using the printer. 4) I have an expensive printer with a USB port. One star because I bought this printer for its wireless capabilities.
